At Magical Gems, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully packed to ensure it reaches you beautifully and safely. If you face any issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Customers must contact our support team before initiating any return.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our return address after receiving guidance from our support team.
Replacement Policy
We currently offer replacement only.
We do not provide refunds or cancellations once an order has been delivered.
Eligible approved returns will receive:
- A replacement product, or
- A replacement of the damaged item/part (depending on availability)
Damaged or Broken Items
Since our products contain delicate handcrafted elements and glass domes, an unboxing video is mandatory for any damage claim.
Please ensure:
- The package is clearly visible in the video before opening
- The issue/damage is properly shown during the unboxing process
Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement approval.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
We recommend using a reliable courier service with proper packaging to avoid damage during transit.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or replacements may not be accepted if:
- The product has been used
- The item is damaged after delivery due to mishandling
- The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
- Proper unboxing proof is not provided for damaged items
